About Puchiele Law

Francesco Puchiele, the founder of Puchiele Law and a member of the Law Society of Ontario, provides strategic, results-driven legal services to individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and corporations throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Known as Frank Puchiele, he has been called to the Ontario Bar since 1998, bringing over 25 years of legal experience to his practice. Francesco began his career as an articling student and junior associate in a small general practice firm, where he gained diverse experience in construction lien, family law, and general commercial litigation matters before transitioning to his current role as a solicitor focused on transactional law. Early in his legal journey, he was appointed General Counsel for a large group of companies, which provided him valuable insight into the operational, financial, and legal realities that business owners face. In 2004, he established Puchiele Law, earning a reputation for practical advice, meticulous attention to detail, and an approachable manner of client interaction.  

Francesco Puchiele advises clients on various matters, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate transactions, corporate and commercial law, business structuring, commercial leasing, and private lending. He is also a trusted resource for estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, probate, and estate administration. His unique experience as both external counsel and in-house general counsel equips him with a business-minded perspective focused on risk management and long-term success.
